Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Danville, VA is seeking a Valet Attendant to create exceptional first and last impressions for guests. You will assist with luggage, park and retrieve guest vehicles, and coordinate with Bell and Front Desk for seamless arrivals and departures.

Qualifications

Minimum age 21 years.
HS diploma or GED.
Casino/Hotel experience preferred.
4+ years customer service experience; upscale hotel experience preferred.
2+ years in Bell Attendant or related role preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Able to read, write and communicate in English.
5 years of safe driving experience.

Responsibilities

Greet guests at the Valet Porte-Cochere and assist with luggage and vehicle parking.
Safely drive guests' vehicles to designated areas and manage keys, tickets, and damage reports.
Inspect vehicles for prior damage and document accordingly.
Return vehicles to guests promptly while maintaining safe driving practices.
Report issues to supervisor promptly and maintain high service standards.
Maintain a professional appearance and a clean, organized valet area.
Accommodate guest requests with urgency and personalized recommendations.
