PENN Entertainment in Henderson, NV seeks a friendly Valet/Bell Attendant to provide exceptional guest service at the hotel front. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, and ensure safe vehicle handling while coordinating with the Bell Desk for a seamless experience.

The role requires 21+, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills. You will work in a fast-paced casino hospitality environment and support guests with various requests as part of the total rewards package.

Formación

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in valet parking, bell service, or baggage handling preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for guest and team interactions.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English for documentation and safety.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and provide a warm, professional welcome.
• Park, retrieve, and maneuver guest vehicles safely.
• Coordinate with the Bell Desk for seamless service.
• Deliver luggage and guest items promptly.
• Operate the Saflok Key System and related equipment.
• Assist with room changes and bus group check-ins as needed.
• Inform guests about hotel facilities and services.
• Maintain courteous, professional demeanor with guests and staff.
