Job summary

Loews Coronado Bay Resort in Coronado, CA seeks a warm Bell Person to welcome arriving guests, assist with luggage, and provide information about rooms and local attractions.

You will coordinate with Front Desk and Concierge, ensure guest safety, and maintain cleanliness of work areas. Must be able to lift items over 75 lbs and deliver friendly, professional service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist arriving and departing guests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Safely handle and transport luggage, baggage, and packages.
• Provide information about rooms, amenities, and local attractions; address inquiries.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain post safety, cleanliness, and readiness of equipment and work areas.
