Qualifications

• Warm, welcoming Bell Person to be the first contact for guests.
• Strong verbal communication and professional demeanor required.
• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist arriving and departing guests with professionalism.
• Safely handle and transport luggage and packages.
• Store luggage securely while awaiting transfer.
• Provide information about room types, amenities, and hotel facilities.
• Communicate hotel emergency procedures as needed.
• Offer information about hotel and local attractions and directions.
