Job summary

Paycom - ATS at Embassy Suites Atlanta Centennial Olympic Park in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a friendly Guest Services/Bell Attendant to help guests with luggage, provide local information, and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience.

You will escort guests to rooms, coordinate transportation, and assist with group tour luggage, with a focus on positive, proactive hospitality and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to rooms; assist with luggage and explain room features.
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and transportation options.
• Deliver packages, guest messages, and run errands as requested.
• Assist with group tour luggage coordination and setup of sample rooms.
• Call taxis and handle guest transportation requests efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby and hotel vehicles; perform light cleaning duties as needed.
• Keep accurate records of service calls and deliveries.
• Empowered to resolve guest concerns promptly and positively.
• Act as a local expert to enhance the guest experience.
