Job summary

The position requires physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs, strong communication, and exceptional guest service skills in a fast-paced hotel setting. Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or customer-facing roles, preferably hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when handling guest requests and belongings.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage, up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, assist with luggage, and provide a warm welcome.
• Transport luggage to and from guest rooms safely.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Arrange taxis or shuttle services for guests.
• Keep bell stand and lobby clean and presentable.
• Deliver packages and messages to guest rooms.
• Assist with room assignments and check-in/check-out when needed.
• Store and retrieve guest luggage in designated storage areas.
• Assist with special requests such as room service or reservations.
• Monitor lobby for guest needs and provide proactive assistance.
• Maintain knowledge of security protocols and report suspicious activity.
• Uphold high guest service standards.
