Job summary

Stonewall Resort, a Pyramid Global Hospitality property, seeks a friendly Bell Attendant to warmly greet guests, help with luggage, and provide local information to ensure a memorable arrival.

Responsibilities include door greeting, escorting guests, coordinating with front desk, arranging transportation, upselling services, and maintaining a polished lobby; hours vary 7am–11:30pm, with peak-season adjustments.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to drive a manual shift vehicle is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Typing and computer skills preferred.
• Organizational and information gathering skills.
• Outgoing personality & professional demeanor.
• Willingness to work varied hours including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with luggage and directions.
• Provide concierge-style information and reservations.
• Assist with transportation and airport shuttle as directed.
• Upsell hotel services and amenities.
• Maintain front door and lobby areas for cleanliness and appearance.
• Deliver packages and mail as needed.
• Adapt to varying hours and peak seasons.
