The role emphasizes friendly service, safety in handling bags up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and coordinating with shuttle/taxi services. The position reports to the Front Office Manager and offers a $16.00/hour pay rate.

Qualifications

• Previous guest service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and departure and assist with luggage.
• Transport luggage to and from guest rooms safely.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Arrange taxis or shuttle services for guests.
• Keep the bell stand and lobby clean and presentable.
• Deliver packages and messages to guest rooms as needed.
• Assist with check-in/check-out when necessary.
• Store and retrieve guest luggage in designated areas.
• Support with special requests such as reservations.
• Monitor the lobby and assist guests proactively.
