Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that creates connections and memorable moments.
• Hand-crafts beverages and food to standard recipes, tailoring to guest preferences.
• Shift roles vary between barista, greeter, and other duties as needed.
• Takes orders and manages cash with accuracy, following safety standards.
• Keeps the shop clean, organized, and stocked to Caribou standards.
• Anticipates guest and teammate needs and acts proactively.
• Recommends products using real knowledge beyond a script.
• Shows up on time and maintains reliable attendance.
