Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, some holidays and weekends.
• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide incredible guest service by developing personal relationships with guests.
• Hand‑craft beverages to Caribou standard operating procedures.
• Heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings per SOP.
• Floats between barista and guest service and supports all team roles.
• Take guest orders & manage cash with standard cash handling policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and follow sanitation standards.
• Align with Core Values to support teammates and guests.
