Responsibilities

• Hand-crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, customizing to guest preferences.
• Moves between barista, greeter, and other roles as needed during the shift.
• Takes orders and manages cash drawer with accuracy, adhering to safety and cash-handling standards.
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized, and well-stocked per Caribou standards for quality and safety.
• Anticipates needs of guests and teammates and acts proactively.
• Provides product recommendations based on knowledge rather than scripts.
• Shows up on time and maintains reliable attendance.
