Responsibilities

• Provides incredible Guest Service by developing personal relationships with guests and practicing active listening.
• Hand-crafts beverages to order per Caribou standards.
• Heats, prepares, and serves Caribou food offerings per SOPs.
• Floats between barista and guest service and fulfills team roles as needed.
• Takes guest orders, manages cash drawer, and follows all cash handling policies.
