Job summary

Caribou Coffee in Maplewood, MN is hiring a Team Member to deliver day-making guest service, craft beverages, and support store operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Preferred: Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides guest service by developing relationships, listening, and using product knowledge.
• Hand-crafts beverages to order per Caribou SOPs.
• Heats, prepares, and serves Caribou food offerings per SOPs.
• Floats between barista and guest service and fulfills team roles.
• Takes guest orders and manages cash drawer and policies.
• Maintains a clean, organized store and adheres to sanitation standards.
• Plans ahead to meet future team and guest needs.
