Responsibilities

• Provide incredible guest service by developing personal relationships with guests and demonstrating hospitality.
• Hand-crafts beverages to order per Caribou SOPs.
• Heats, prepares, and serves Caribou food offerings to SOPs.
• Fills multiple team roles; manages guest orders and cash with accuracy.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the store.
