Qualifications

• Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide incredible guest service and build personal relationships with guests.
• Hand‑craft beverages to Caribou standards.
• Heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings per SOP.
• Float between barista and guest service and fulfill team roles as needed.
• Take guest orders, manage cash drawer, and follow cash handling policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and follow sanitization standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and act with a learner's mentality to improve service.
