Job summary

Merlin Entertainments in Florida's Winter Haven is seeking an Attractions Attendant - Part Time to deliver exceptional guest experiences across the resort. This role is guest-facing and involves supporting attractions, guest services, retail, admissions, custodial operations, and safety procedures.

You will greet guests, assist with ticketing, manage guest flow, perform custodial tasks, and help with shows and interactive experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to obtain certifications for attractions and safety procedures.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at entrances, assist with ticket scanning and guest flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across all areas of the resort.
• Support attractions, admissions, retail, custodial and guest services tasks.
• Respond to guest questions with a friendly demeanor and resolve issues.
• Identify maintenance issues and report them to leadership.
