Merlin is seeking an Attractions Attendant - Part Time to deliver exceptional guest experiences across the resort. In a dynamic, guest-facing role, you’ll support attractions, guest services, custodial, retail, and admissions while embodying our values.

The ideal candidate enjoys fast-paced environments, has strong communication and teamwork, and is flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training will cover safety procedures, ticket scanning, and guest engagement to ensure memorable

Qualifications

• Guest-facing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
• Basic math and computer skills are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple areas including attractions, guest services, custodial operations, retail, and admissions.
• Maintain attraction safety and assist with guest flow and ticket scanning.
• Provide directions and assistance to guests and uphold cleanliness standards across the resort.
• Ensure walkways and public spaces are safe and well-presented.
