Job summary

Hyatt Place Atlanta/Cobb Galleria is seeking a Room Attendant/Housekeeping Host to maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms and support a high standard of service. You will interact with guests to ensure a welcoming environment and assist with special requests.

The role emphasizes reliable, detail-oriented cleaning, ability to work in a fast-paced hotel setting, and strong communication in English. Weekend and holiday availability is required, with a focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior cleaning experience required.
• Customer service experience is required, preferably in a hotel or related field.
• Must have ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Requires strong command of the English language to include speaking, reading and writing.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced position with guest interaction.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs)
• Must be 18 years or older
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
