Highgate Hotels in Duluth, GA, is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean guestrooms and deliver attentive service to guests. This position supports housekeeping operations at Residence Inn Atlanta Gwinnett, ensuring rooms meet brand standards and guest expectations.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to stand for long shifts, and good communication with guests and team members. Prior hotel experience is preferred and full-time benefits apply for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Effective verbal and written communication with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including supplies and linen for housekeeping cart setup.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed.
• Restock housekeeping cart for next days use.
• Replenish chemical bottles.
• Report missing items to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report maintenance repairs immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Handle items for Lost and Found according to standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
