Peachtree Group is hiring a Room Attendant to take ownership of daily housekeeping operations and guestroom upkeep. You will work with housekeeping staff to service guest rooms and maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes guest interaction, teamwork, and adherence to hotel standards. Candidates should be able to perform laundry duties, stock supplies, and assist guests with requests as needed. On-site position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Comfortable communicating with guests and staff.
• Ability to perform daily housekeeping tasks to hotel standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures.
• Clean and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards for guest arrival.
• Clean and maintain common areas of the hotel.
• Perform laundry duties as necessary.
• Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms.
• Ensure a high level of customer service at all times.
• Assist guests with requests and questions as necessary.
• Report damages or repairs needed to management.
• Report all lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager.
