Job summary
Cabot Citrus Farms in Brooksville, Florida is seeking a Part Time Starter/Ranger to join our golf operations team. You will deliver friendly service to guests, assist with routing the course, and help maintain pace of play in a fast-paced, outdoor setting.
The role emphasizes reliability, energy, and a strong customer-service mindset as you represent the Cabot brand across our nature coast property with two 18-hole courses and a first-class practice facility.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma is required.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- Commitment to delivering high level of customer service.
- Enthusiastic, positive, engaging, and high-energy.
- Excellent grooming and personal appearance standards.
- Ability to read and write to communicate.
Responsibilities
- Offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.
- Manage tee sheet knowledge and help guests with tee times.
- Assist guests with routing the golf course and pace of play.
- Provide information on resort amenities and directions.
- Coordinate with Pro Shop to meet guests’ needs.
- Log guest interactions as required.
- Support on-course hosts with inquiries/complaints.
- Maintain course coolers with ice and water; keep washrooms clean.
