Twice in Palm Coast, FL is seeking a Full-time Outside Guest Service Attendant to support a positive guest experience at the golf club. You will assist with club upkeep, handle bag services, and help educate players about the game, contributing to smooth play and friendly service.

The role emphasizes courteous guest interactions, accurate rental records, and collaboration with food/beverage activities while upholding safe work practices.

Qualifications

• One month related experience or training.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the overall upkeep of Great Shots.
• Provide sincere and courteous service to guests, including bag handling and club cleaning.
• Educate players regarding the game.
• Direct start of play when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Service customers renting golf clubs and clean rental clubs upon return.
• Assist with food and beverage activities.
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
• Perform other duties as required.
