Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel Sacramento at Fire Mountain is seeking a hospitality associate to handle sales transactions, bussing, cleaning, and serving duties. You will maintain a clean work area and stock as needed, while building guest relations and contributing to a reliable team environment.

This role requires strong customer service, ability to handle cash, read totals and vouchers, and a willingness to work varied shifts. Must be 18+ and pass background and drug checks.

Qualifications

• Two months on-the-job training is typical.
• Must obtain and maintain licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.
• Must successfully pass background check.
• Must successfully pass drug screening.
• Must be eighteen (18) years of age.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales transactions, bussing tables, cleaning, and stocking as needed.
• Retrive warehouse orders and replenish cafeteria line with garnishes.
• Serve food when required and maintain a clean, sanitary work area.
• Operate cash register, read totals, vouchers, and logs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests; attend meetings.
