Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, stock and clean the plaza, and handle payments accurately. You will prepare and serve food, follow safety procedures, and support various duties to meet traveler needs.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to cross-sell, learn about products, and maintain high standards. Flexible scheduling is available to accommodate travelers and staff needs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the travel plaza.
• Thoroughly clean and stock areas, process payments accurately.
• Prepare and serve quality food and maintain food safety.
• Operate POS system and follow cash handling policies.
• Assist in kitchen tasks such as prepping and packaging.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and upsell products and maintain product knowledge.
