The role requires flexible scheduling including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for growth within a large, multi-brand travel plaza network.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Prepare and serve quality food; stock and clean workstations.
• Follow brand standards and safety procedures.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services in the plaza.
