Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking team members to provide exceptional customer service to travelers at our travel plazas. You will handle transactions, assist with food prep and service, and maintain cleanliness across the work area.

The role requires physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods, a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and a commitment to consistent attendance.

Qualifications

• Interacts with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist travelers.
• Operate point-of-sale system and process payments accurately.
• Ensure proper food handling including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, and checking temperatures.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
