We are seeking a Team Member to provide exceptional customer service, keep areas clean, process payments accurately, and help prepare and serve high-quality food.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with flex schedules, and opportunities to grow within a national brand.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide friendly customer service by engaging with travelers.
• Operate POS system, process payments accurately and follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing and checking temperatures.
• Prepare and assist with kitchen tasks such as prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging and cleaning.
• Stock, clean and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and upsell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Follow brand standards, safety requirements, and company policies.
