ApplegreenUSA operates over 80 travel plazas across the Northeast and Midwest, offering convenience, retail, and a broad range of delicious food options. A Team Member provides exceptional customer service, cleans and stocks areas, processes payments, and helps prepare and serve food to meet travelers’ needs.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling, stand/walk for long periods, and contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming plaza experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers and customers.
• Operate POS system and ensure accurate payments.
• Handle food preparation, wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen tasks such as prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Follow brand standards, food safety rules, and company policies.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
