This role requires a capable, energetic team player who can stand for extended periods, work flexible hours including nights and weekends, and follow safety and brand standards to ensure customer

Qualifications

• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system, process payments accurately.
• Clean, stock, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Prepare and serve quality food per brand standards.
• Wrap, label, date, and store products following food safety rules.
• Cross-sell and upsell products as appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge of available products and services at the plaza.
• Follow brand standards and company policies.
