Job summary

Dartmouth College’s Dartmouth Skiway is seeking a Guest Experience Team Member to assist guests with ticketing, Snowsports School and retail transactions. You will handle cash and support friendly, efficient service in a welcoming environment in Lyme Center, NH.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn the Dartmouth software tools, and the ability to follow procedures. This 4-month term, part-time position offers valuable experience in guest services and retail

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills required.
Ability to follow cash handling and accounting procedures.
Must be able to follow policies and procedures.
Previous experience in a similar field preferred, but not required.
High school graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Assist guests with transactions involving ticketing, Snowsports School and retail.
Accurate accounting and cash handling.
Help create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Ability to learn software associated with selling products at the Dartmouth Skiway.
Willingness to learn product offerings at the Dartmouth Skiway.
Demonstrates professionalism and collegiality through actions, interactions, and communications with others appropriate to an environment that is welcoming to all.
Performs other duties as assigned.
