Job summary

Dartmouth College is seeking a Ski Instructor for the Lyme Center location. This 4-month, part-time role involves teaching skiing or snowboarding to guests of all ages and supporting snow sports operations on the mountain.

Ideal candidates have basic skiing or snowboarding ability, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude. Prior experience is welcome but not required; background checks and a tobacco-free policy apply.

Qualifications

• Basic skiing and/or snowboarding ability and training to competently instruct guests.
• Good communication skills and patience; able to adapt to different situations.
• A positive attitude is essential.

Responsibilities

• Teach private and group skiing or snowboarding lessons to guests of all ages.
• Assist with race netting assembly/maintenance, shoveling, and mountain duties.
• Demonstrate professionalism and foster a welcoming environment for all guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
