Job summary

Marshalls is hiring to deliver a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting. You will engage with customers, maintain a clean and organized store, and support merchandising and loss prevention programs.

The role requires excellent communication, the ability to multi-task, and a flexible schedule to meet business needs. Prior retail experience is preferred, with opportunities to grow within TJX family stores.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changing directions.
• Able to lift and move heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining store standards.
• Rings customer purchases/returns and handles cash/changes per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising and store cleanliness.
• Participates in store recovery and loss prevention efforts.
• Supports safety and follows labor laws and company policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
