Job summary

Path Resorts in Center Harbor, NH is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the first and last smile guests see. You’ll greet guests, check them in/out, answer questions, and guide them to resort amenities.

No hospitality experience is required; we provide training. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time employment, with paid training and opportunities for advancement in a welcoming, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Have a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a team.
• Stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Pay attention to details and take pride in doing things accurately.
• Are comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Can communicate effectively in English.
• Are available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus, but it is not required. We’ll provide the training—you bring the enthusiasm!

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests with a warm, friendly smile.
• Checking guests in and out efficiently.
• Answering phone calls and assisting guests with questions.
• Recommending resort amenities, activities, and local attractions.
• Helping resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Processing reservations, room charges, and payments accurately.
• Renting recreational equipment and assisting with retail purchases.
• Working closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
