Job summary

Path Resorts in Center Harbor, NH is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the first smile our guests see and one of the last people they remember, helping create unforgettable vacation memories. You’ll greet guests, check them in and out, answer questions, and guide them to resort amenities and local attractions.

We offer paid training, a $500 sign-on bonus for full-time, and benefits including dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation and friendly demeanor.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a hospitality setting.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly smile and provide a welcoming check-in experience.
• Check guests in and out efficiently and handle reservations and payments accurately.
• Answer phone calls and assist guests with questions and local information.
• Recommend resort amenities, activities, and local attractions.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain an organized front desk and complete daily responsibilities.

What You’ll Do

As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the first smile our guests see and one of the last people they remember. Every day is different, and you’ll have the opportunity to make someone’s vacation even more special.

Your day may include:

• · Greeting guests with a warm, friendly smile
• · Checking guests in and out efficiently
• · Answering phone calls and assisting guests with questions
• · Recommending resort amenities, activities, and local attractions
• · Helping resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
• · Processing reservations, room charges, and payments accurately
• · Renting recreational equipment and assisting with retail purchases
• · Working closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience
• · Completing daily front desk responsibilities and maintaining an organized work area
