Job summary

Path Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and provide outstanding service in a busy resort setting.

You will answer questions, assist with reservations, and guide guests to amenities while maintaining a clean, organized front desk area. Training is provided, and a positive attitude is valued above prior hotel experience. This full-time role offers a sign-on bonus and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus but not required. Training provided.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly smile and check them in/out efficiently.
• Answer phone calls and assist guests with questions.
• Recommend resort amenities, activities, and local attractions.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Process reservations, room charges, and payments accurately.
• Assist with retail and equipment rentals as needed.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a great guest experience.

What You’ll Do

As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the first smile our guests see and one of the last people they remember. Every day is different, and you’ll have the opportunity to make someone’s vacation even more special.

Your day may include:

• Greeting guests with a warm, friendly smile
• Checking guests in and out efficiently
• Answering phone calls and assisting guests with questions
• Recommending resort amenities, activities, and local attractions
• Helping resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Processing reservations, room charges, and payments accurately
• Renting recreational equipment and assisting with retail purchases
• Working closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience
• Completing daily front desk responsibilities and maintaining an organized work area
