This hands-on position is physical and outdoor, with a 60-day certification program provided. No experience is required, and employees can grow into supervisory roles as the team demonstrates drive and reliability in daily operations.

• Must be physically active and comfortable outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at the Welcome Station and facilitate sales.
• Support sales and membership growth with consistent processes.
• Assist with member sign-ups, changes, and account management.
• Operate wash equipment safely and efficiently at the Wash Station.
• Maintain clean, organized wash and detail areas; follow safety procedures.
• Engage customers at the Convenience Station and collect feedback (Google reviews).
• Perform general site upkeep including trash pickup and maintenance tasks.
