Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude across Welcome, Wash, and Convenience stations.
• Support sales and membership growth through consistent processes and knowledgeable guidance, including sign-ups and account management.
• Operate wash equipment safely, prep vehicles, and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Engage with customers to ensure a positive experience and encourage Google reviews.
• Perform opening and closing duties, and keep tunnels and stations clean and safe.
