Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking an Associate to guide guests through the wash experience, assist with sign-ups and memberships, and keep the site running smoothly. The role is physical and fast-paced, with opportunities on the lot, in the tunnel, and at the vacuum station.

You’ll work with a tight team, stay active outdoors in all weather, and contribute to a high-energy customer experience. A 60-day certification program is provided to launch day one performance.

Qualifications

• No experience required; a 60-day certification program sets you up from day one.
• Must be able to work outdoors in all kinds of weather.
• Strong communication and a positive, team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at the station and support membership growth with friendly, informed guidance.
• Assist with member sign-ups, changes, and account management.
• Maintain wash area safety and cleanliness; prepare vehicles for service.
• Operate wash equipment safely and efficiently and report operational issues.
• Engage customers professionally at the Convenience Station and encourage reviews.
• Manage member accounts, including cancellations and plan changes.
• Ensure site upkeep: trash removal, vacuum stations, and general maintenance.
