Job summary

AEG Worldwide is seeking a thoughtful Guest Services Staff member for the Great Lakes - Masonic Temple venue. You will be the primary source of warm, informed assistance for guests as they enter and move through the venue, ensuring a safe and welcoming experience.

You will answer questions, direct guests, manage coat checks and wristbands, and help ADA patrons while upholding venue policies. This part-time role requires reliability, good communication, and the ability to work nights, weekends

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in guest services is preferred but not required.
• Must be reliable, punctual and able to work in a loud environment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Answer guest questions and direct guests to restrooms, ATM, coat checks, VIP areas and concert zones.
• Operate coat check rooms following venue procedures and safety guidelines.
• Scan tickets and administer wristbands for event entry (21+, VIP Access, Private Event Access).
• Greet guests, resolve complaints and assist ADA patrons; escalate when needed.
• Enforce venue policies and complete required trainings; assist during emergencies and evacuations.
