Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience by assisting customers, processing transactions, and keeping the store organized.

You will help unload trucks, stock replenishment, maintain cleanliness, and interact professionally with customers and team leaders. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred; ability to lift up to 50 lbs may be required. This part-time role is located in Oklahoma.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the register.
• Maintain store cleanliness and restock merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks; stock replenishment per standards.
• Provide friendly, professional interactions with customers and leaders.
