Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in Norman, Oklahoma to provide a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions, stock shelves, unload trucks, and maintain store cleanliness.

The role requires strong customer service, communication, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs, with duties expanding to safety, asset protection, and teamwork with store leaders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or service environments is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, trash and overall neatness.
• Other duties as assigned*.
