Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, process sales, and maintain a clean and organized store in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role involves lifting up to 50 lbs, stocking merchandise, and helping unload trucks, with a focus on friendly interactions and teamwork across store leadership and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience providing customer service in retail, hospitality, grocery, or similar environments.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform walking, standing, bending, and manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Handle sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise as needed.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks for stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, bathrooms, floors, and common areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
