Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle sales at the register, maintain store cleanliness, and help with stocking and merchandise recovery.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and prior customer service experience is preferred. Lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods are expected, with a friendly, professional approach to customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.

• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading and stock replenishment.
• Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
