Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking Front Desk Associates to welcome members, answer questions, promote club promotions, and help maintain a clean, safe fitness environment. You will greet members, handle inquiries, and process purchases with accuracy and a friendly attitude.

The role requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, and 6 months of in-person customer service experience or 1 year in fitness. Flexibility and a positive, energetic demeanor are essential.

Qualifications

• Six months face to face customer service experience in a retail environment or 1-year Fitness experience preferred.
• A High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 18 years old or older.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Provide gracious and efficient telephone service and answer calls knowledgeably.
• Process payments, give change and receipts, and handle transactions accurately.
