Responsibilities

• Follow Five Iron standards for guest engagement and upsell products.
• Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them in POS.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and promotions and make recommendations.
• Monitor guest experience and address concerns promptly.
• Verify guests' legal drinking age and comply with safety regulations.
• Assist with closing duties as needed.
