Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality education is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk operations preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills to engage guests professionally.
• Ability to think quickly and resolve guest issues efficiently.
• Attention to detail and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with hotel reservation systems and basic accounting principles.
• Willingness to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
