Job summary

Hyatt Place/Hyatt House Sacramento Natomas is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests and manage check-ins and check-outs in a fast-paced hotel environment. We value a positive attitude, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to resolve guest requests quickly.

1–2 years in hospitality or customer service helps, plus a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in front desk operations, hospitality, or face-to-face customer service.
• Comfortable learning new computer systems; basic experience with Microsoft Office or hotel software is a plus.
• A positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist them with the registration and check-out process.
• Take, confirm, and change guest reservations while handling payments securely.
• Talk across departments—like housekeeping and maintenance—to handle guest requests quickly.
• Listen to guest feedback and resolve issues on the spot to ensure guest satisfaction.
