Job summary

Reid Park Zoological Society in Tucson seeks Guest Services Associates to deliver gold-standard guest experiences during our event season and the Pathway to Asia opening. The role is part of a flexible Guest Services Team, with potential cross-training as a Guest Ambassador and for operating the carousel, train, and cashier booths.

This on-call position offers shifts published monthly with no guaranteed hours.

Qualifications

• Prior cash handling and equipment handling experience is required.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and guest service skills.
• Cashier experience is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish, ASL, or other language is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, public attraction.
• Handle cash, tickets and transactions accurately and securely.
• Operate the carousel or train and assist guests with safety procedures.
• Balance cash and support opening/closing procedures.
• Promote zoo products and services to guests.
