Oglebay Park is seeking a Good Zoo Guest Services Attendant to warmly welcome guests and deliver exceptional service. You will operate cash registers, assist visitors, and help across departments in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate shows strong communication, detail orientation, and a professional demeanor. Training is provided for all duties, including cash handling and guest assistance, to ensure a positive park experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or related customer service preferred.
• Operates cash registers and POS systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about services, programs, events, and facilities.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other transactions accurately.
• Balance cash drawers and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Stock and organize guest service areas.
• Support other departments as needed.
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries; provide admin support.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and standards.
• Promote a positive guest experience with attention to detail.
