Dave & Buster’s is seeking team members for the Winner’s Circle role to ensure Guests' first impressions are positive and welcoming as they begin their Midway experience. The position requires a friendly, energetic communicator who guides guests through their visit, answers questions, makes recommendations, and coordinates with teammates and managers to keep service smooth and fun for all guests.

You will balance multiple tasks, handle busy service periods, and uphold cleanliness and merchandise

Qualifications

• Be friendly and able to smile frequently.
• Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilités

• Delivers an unparalleled guest experience with food, drinks, and games.
• Manages wait times and communicates information to guests and team members.
• Greets guests warmly, assists with requests, and makes recommendations.
• Assists with ticket and merchandise inventory, restocking, and displays.
• Maintains cleanliness and order in the Winner’s Circle and collaborates with team.
